What are PSO & SROI? And how does it work?
PSO stands for Performance Ladder for Social Entrepreneurship. It shows that your company gives people who have had a distance from the labour market a fair chance. Many government tenders require PSO or SROI. But getting certified yourself takes time, money and a lot of administration. That’s where we come in.
