Hiring people who’ve had a distance from the labour market takes a little extra. We’re honest about that. That’s why we take as much off your plate as possible: guidance, paperwork and PSO/SROI. Below you’ll see step by step how we make it work together.

How it works. Step by step.

1. The first contact

Call, send a message or fill in the form. We’ll get to know each other quickly. We talk about your work, team, collective labour agreement and expectations. And we clearly explain how we work.

2. We look for the right candidate

Not just on paper, but in pace, attitude and team fit. We know our people well. So we can sense whether someone will fit your company… or not.

3. Introduction & match?

We prepare everyone well and join the conversation if that helps. Is it a match? Then we move forward.

4. Contract & preparation

We arrange the contract, certificates, paperwork and everything needed for a good start. You don’t have to do anything extra. Except maybe have the work clothes ready. They’ll be wearing your gear. That way they truly become part of the team.

5. PSO and SROI are taken care of

Thanks to our PSO30+ certification, you automatically meet SROI requirements. You don’t need your own certificate.

6. First workday & guidance

Can someone start independently? Perfect. Do they need extra guidance? Then we’re there. And that support continues: for both you and the employee.

7. Administration without the hassle

Thanks to our certification, you only need to enter the payroll lists once in our system. Not per person, but for all employees through Goedvolk. We take care of the payments and everything else.
