What does working with Goedvolk bring us?

What is expected from us as an employer?

Mainly openness and collaboration. You provide the workplace and daily supervision. We take care of guidance, administration and support as much as possible. Together we decide what’s needed.

How quickly can you provide a suitable candidate?

That depends on the role, but we can often move quickly. Thanks to our regional network we know our people well and know who fits where. After an intake we can usually introduce candidates within a short time.

What if a candidate turns out not to be the right fit?

Then we solve it together. We stay in touch and adjust where needed. If it truly doesn’t work, we’ll find a suitable solution or replacement. The goal is always a sustainable match for both sides.

Is working with people who’ve had a distance from the labour market complicated?

No. Not when you do it together. Our people sometimes need a bit of extra attention, but we guide them actively and stay involved. You’re not on your own. In practice, employers mostly notice they gain motivated and loyal employees.

What about subsidies?

We can always explore possible subsidies together. For example wage subsidies or training vouchers.

How about clothing and transport?

We always discuss together who provides the work clothing. It’s great if the employee can wear your logo and truly feel part of the team. Neutral workwear through us is also possible.

If a worker doesn’t have transport, we can discuss together who can arrange a vehicle.

That’s exactly what we’re here for. We think along, explain things and figure out what’s needed. And if we don’t know the answer right away, we’ll find it and get back to you.

What does working with Goedvolk ask from us?

A willingness to give someone a real chance. Sometimes that means a bit of extra explanation, time or attention. We make sure everything around it runs smoothly and stay involved.

Do you have an agency licence and work under a collective agreement?

Yes. We hold an agency licence and operate under the applicable collective agreements. That means everything is properly arranged legally and administratively.

Do we need to arrange certificates or paperwork?

No. Everything needed for the employee is arranged by us. Certificates, documents and required paperwork. You don’t need to do anything extra.

Do the employees need a lot of guidance?

Usually a bit more than average. It sometimes requires time, attention and patience. We visit regularly, stay in contact and help with any questions. That’s how we make it work together.

What administrative tasks do we need to handle?

You only need to complete the SUGB (Standard Request for Equal Pay) form once, which has been mandatory since January 2026. And approve the employee’s worked hours each week. We take care of the rest, including the payments.

Is using your PSO30+ certification free?

Short answer: yes. Using our PSO30+ certification is free.

How does SROI work through Goedvolk?

Instead of keeping administration for each employee, you simply submit our invoices. That’s enough for the SROI reporting. No separate files, no extra forms per person.

Do I need my own PSO certificate?

No. When you work with Goedvolk, you operate under our PSO30+ certification.
That means you automatically meet many of the SROI requirements set by governments.
