Looking for work

1. Send us a message or call

We don’t need to know anything about you yet. We’ll talk about that later. First we simply make an appointment. At your home, or somewhere nearby. Whatever feels good for you.

2. We talk about you

We just sit down and talk. Calmly. About what you want, what you can do and what you need. Feeling unsure or nervous? That’s completely okay. We take our time.

3. We look at what you want

Outdoor work or something else. Full-time, fewer hours or building up slowly. Everything is possible. Do you receive benefits or have something else we should take into account? Then we’ll think along with you.
Heb je een uitkering? Of iets anders dat bijzonder is? Dan denken we met je mee.

4. We arrange what’s needed

Paperwork, transport, VCA or other certificates.
You don’t have to do it alone anymore. We take care of a lot for you.

5. We stay in touch through the app

We start looking for work. In the meantime we keep in touch through the app. We don’t let go and keep you updated.

6. We find a workplace

Sometimes it’s quick, sometimes it takes a little longer. But we keep going. Does a job sound good to you? Then we go to the company together.

7. Like it? Then you can start

If you feel good about it and they’re happy with you too, we arrange the contract. We agree on a start date and organise everything around it. Questions? You can always message us. We’re doing this together, remember?

8. First day at work

We prepare you well. Then the first day arrives. Can you go on your own? Great. Need some support? Then we’ll go together. And we’ll always call to ask how it went.

9. We stay by your side

If things feel difficult, if you have questions or feel nervous, just tell us. We’re right beside you. And we also love hearing about your good days.
